- No leave of absence is granted except on previous written application from the Parents or Guardians and then only, for serious reasons, if the absence is more than a week, a copy of the application countersigned by the Principal/Head master/Head mistress should be kept by parents and produced when the student returns to school.
- A student absenting himself from School for 10 consecutive days without permission will be marked “LEFT”. If he/she is to be re-admitted, a fresh admission fee will have to be paid. If the absence is due to sickness or other reasons, the School authorities must be noticed in written in time.
- A student returning to school after an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor’s certificate/ School health card permitting him to do so.
- Student, who have been absent from the class, must have the reason for their absence briefly noted in the “Regularity Record” by the parent with signature. Reason for a private matter may be initiated by letter.
- To be admitted to the class room, those who have been absent and late comers must show their “Regularity Record” duly countersigned by the Principal or Headmaster/ Headmistress.
- The school declines all responsibility if through failure in wearing the school uniform or in bringing books to class or signature of parents in the “Absence Record” the pupil is obliged to return home during class hours.
- Student will not be allowed to go out during School hours to attend religious or social functions such as: Pujas, Marriage parties etc. If they have to attend any such function, do not send them to school on that day. We want to conduct the classes without any disturbance.
- Students who have total attendance of less than 80% will not be allowed to sit for final Examination.
